So the first step to see if solar is a viable solution for you and your company, is to get a record of your current power usage. And it's pretty simple. Then, free of charge we'll build a mock-up of your solar system so we can see how much of your electricity bill we can offset. This could be 100%, 80% etc. But it all starts with a record of the current usage.
Once we create the mock-up, we can meet to see if this is worth pursuing further. And we can do this at no cost to you, other than a couple of minutes to let us show you how it would work.
For us to mark up your proposal and show you exactly how it will work for your building, takes about a week and a half. I know that seems like a very long time, but we're very thorough and want to make sure that we have all the criteria for such an important application.
The commercial project can take four months to a year, depending on the requirements of the city as far as permits and other criteria.
You will have to incur those double payments during the construction but we have a special way to structure your project, so you can be reimbursed for the construction payments once the job is done.
So essentially, you will not have a payment for as long as a project is under construction. The best way to find out more about this is to contact us and we'll be happy to walk you through that process.
It's not going to cost you a lot of money upfront to start the installation. All it takes is an initial down payment that’s about equal to your current utility bill right now. We will know exactly what it will be when we take the first steps in the process, which is getting a copy of your monthly usage and designing the system for you. Neither of each will cost you a dime. They are both free. And at that point, we will show you what your payment options are, and how this can make sense to you and your company.
So to purchase your solar system, there are three options. The first one, of course is cash. Obviously, this is the most affordable if your company can swing it, but there are a couple other viable options as well. The second option is a flat out financing. But the third option is what we call our operating lease, where you get the best of both worlds of leasing and a purchase at the same time.
This is such a great option that we have dedicated a complete video to the subject of Solar Financing that you can find HERE. So make sure that you go and check it out before we meet, so you can know exactly how this unique program works for you.
