The first guarantee is that we promise to submit your “Permission to Operate” application within the first 2 weeks of starting the project, or we will pay you $500 for every day we go over. This is an application required to be filed with the permitting department to allow you to actually turn your solar system on once it is finished. This detail, although minimal, could cost you thousands of dollars or more if forgotten or delayed by the contractor putting the entire project in jeopardy.

The second guarantee that is just as important is the guarantee that for every day we go past our agreed finish date, we will pay you $500 per day until the finish of the project, protecting you from the potential of massive production and revenue losses.
