Most of our crew leads started as general laborers. We pay for certifications — OSHA, NABCEP, manufacturer training — because a better-trained crew builds better systems.

Residential rooftops, commercial arrays up to 5 MW, battery systems, and service calls on systems nobody else will touch. No two weeks look the same.
