Lead Installer / Crew Lead

You own the job site. That means the tailgate safety meeting, the layout, the quality of the work, the customer interaction at the door, and the punch list at the end. You will run a crew of three to four and report to the Foreman. We are looking for someone who can hold a standard without needing to be watched.
What you will do
- Lead daily tailgate safety meetings and enforce PPE compliance
- Interpret plan sets and set layout for the crew
- Quality-check every attachment, termination, and torque before sign-off
- Be the professional face of SolarCCS at the customers door
- Complete photo documentation and punch list before leaving the site
What we need from you
- 3+ years installing PV, including 1+ year leading a crew
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues in the field
- Strong communication — with the crew, the office, and the homeowner
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
