General Laborer

This is the front door into the trade. You will support install crews on residential and commercial job sites — staging material, running equipment up and down, keeping the site clean and safe, and learning the system as you go. Most of our lead installers started here. If you are reliable and willing to learn, there is a real path forward.
What you will do
- Load, unload, and stage panels, racking, conduit, and battery equipment
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
- Assist installers with layout, hardware, and material handoff
- Support demolition, cleanup, and final site restoration
- Follow all fall-protection and PPE requirements without exception
What we need from you
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day
- Comfortable working at height and in Inland Empire summer heat
- Reliable transportation to our Riverside yard
- Valid drivers license preferred
