That Bill in Your Hand Shouldn't Exist.Home Solar & Battery Storage in Riverside, CA

Southern California homeowners are paying $300, $400, even $500 a month to SCE — for electricity that just disappears. Solar CCS puts that money back in your pocket, permanently, with equipment built to last 30 years.

Residential solar in Riverside County typically runs about $6.00 per installed watt before incentives — roughly $48,000 for a standard 8 kW system. With SCE rates climbing year after year, most homeowners reach payback in about 5–8 years, faster when paired with a battery under NEM 3.0. Solar CCS handles design, permits, HOA approval, and installation as a licensed general contractor (CSLB #983330).

Three Ways Solar Changes Your Home

SCE Has Raised Rates 47% in 5 Years. They're Not Stopping.

Every month you wait is another month paying full price. A properly sized SolarCCS system locks in your energy cost at near-zero for 25 years — while your neighbors' bills keep climbing.

The Next Heat Wave Is Coming. Will Your Home Be Ready?

Inland Empire summers push the grid to its limits. Rolling blackouts and PSPS shutoffs happen every year. With a battery, your home stays powered when the neighborhood goes dark — AC on, food safe, family comfortable.

Your Home Is Worth More With Solar. A Lot More.

Studies show solar homes in California sell for 4–6% more and sell faster. In Riverside County, that's $30,000–$50,000 in added equity — tax-free, built into your home the day we flip the switch.

Two Ways to Pay for Solar

The homeowner federal tax credit ended for systems you buy. How you finance now decides whether any federal benefit reaches you at all — here is the honest math on both paths.

Sample 12 kW residential system at $6.00 per watt.

Buy It — Cash or Loan

You own it
You pay $72,000
  • System price$72,000
  • Federal tax credit$0
  • California SGIP battery rebateVaries

There is no federal credit for homeowners who buy — Section 25D ended for expenditures after December 31, 2025. SGIP applies only if you add battery storage and secure funding; the general-market tier pays roughly $150–$200 per kWh and is currently waitlisted. In exchange, you own the system and keep every kilowatt-hour it makes.

Lease or PPA — Third-Party Owned

$0 upfront
Your monthly payments
  • Upfront cost$0
  • Who claims the 30% federal creditThe owner
  • What you payMonthly

A third-party owner claims the 30% federal credit under Section 48E and passes the value through as a lower monthly rate. You do not own the system and cannot claim the credit yourself. Rate, escalator, and term are set in the agreement.

Sample 12 kW residential system priced at $6.00 per watt; your price depends on equipment, roof, and utility. Homeowners who buy with cash or a loan receive no federal tax credit — Section 25D was eliminated for expenditures after December 31, 2025. On a lease or PPA the third-party owner claims the credit and reflects the value in your payments. SGIP rebate amounts, tiers, and waitlists change; eligibility depends on income, location, and available funding. Actual results vary. This is not tax, legal, or financial advice. THE SOLARCCS STANDARD

Everything Your Project Includes — Done Right the First Time

We hold the GC license that covers the entire job — roof, electrical, permitting, and final inspection. When we bring in specialized subcontractors, they work to SolarCCS standards. One license holder, one accountable team, one number to call.

Roof + Electrical — All Under One License

CSLB #983330. Most solar companies can't legally touch your roof structure or electrical panel. We can and do — and when we bring in specialists for a particular scope, we hold them to the same code and quality standards we'd apply ourselves. One GC license, full project accountability.

American-Made Equipment with Real Warranties

Enphase. FranklinWH. Mission Solar. Q Cells. Not discount imports. Every panel, inverter, and battery we install is manufactured in the United States — with 25–30 year warranties backed by companies that will still be here in 2050.

Quality Control on Every Scope

Whether it's our crew or a vetted subcontractor on your roof, the standard doesn't change. Every wire torqued to spec. Every roof penetration sealed to last. Every system commissioned in front of you before we leave your driveway. We inspect the work — not just sign off on it.

31 Years of Construction. Zero Shortcuts.

We've been building homes since 1993 — long before solar was a business. We know what a rushed electrical connection looks like ten years later. That's why we don't take them — no matter who's holding the tools.
