Documents before the first job
Active CSLB license in the right classification, a certificate of insurance naming Pacific Canyon Group Inc as additional insured, and a current workers compensation certificate. We verify license status directly with CSLB.
Scope stays inside your license
A C-46 can install, modify, maintain, and repair solar. Main service panel upgrades, new subpanels, and electrical beyond the array require a C-10. We hold the line on this, and it protects both of us.
Real response times
Service and warranty calls need a same-week window. New construction gets scheduled two weeks out. If a crew cannot hold a date, we need to hear it before the customer does.
How we pay
Net 30 from approved invoice on standard work. Progress billing on projects over $50,000. Prevailing wage jobs pay on the certified payroll cycle.
Partner prequalification
One form covers subcontractors, specialty trades, and business vendors. Five minutes, and you only fill in what applies to you.
