Procurement & Materials Coordinator

You own what we buy and when it arrives. That means holding current quotes from Greentech Renewables and Ameresco, watching expiration dates, issuing POs, tracking lead times on batteries and inverters, and never being the reason a crew stands around. You will also own vendor relationships and push for better pricing as volume grows.
What you will do
- Issue and track purchase orders against project schedules
- Maintain current distributor quotes and flag expirations before they bite
- Track lead times on modules, inverters, batteries, and racking
- Negotiate pricing and terms as volume grows
- Reconcile deliveries and invoices with the warehouse and bookkeeping
- Maintain the approved vendor and subcontractor list
What we need from you
- 2+ years procurement, purchasing, or construction material coordination
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and a purchasing system
- Detail-oriented — a wrong SKU costs a crew a day
- Solar or electrical distribution experience strongly preferred
