Panel Cleaning Technician

Inland Empire dust, agricultural drift, and wildfire ash cost homeowners real production. You will run cleaning routes using soft-wash and DI water methods that will not void a module warranty, and flag anything that looks like a defect for the service team. This is a great entry point if you want to move into service tech work.
What you will do
- Clean residential and commercial arrays using approved soft-wash / DI methods
- Work safely from roofs, ladders, and lifts with full fall protection
- Photograph before and after production condition for the customer file
- Flag cracked modules, loose clamps, hot spots, or wiring damage to the service team
- Keep route on schedule and communicate delays to dispatch
What we need from you
- Comfortable working at height all day in heat
- Detail-oriented and steady — you are working on glass over someones home
- Valid drivers license
Certifications
Have these already and you move to the front of the line. Do not have them yet? We pay for the training for the right person.
